A rental deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required from every new tenant as a security deposit.
The deposit will be refunded no later than one month after the end of the rental agreement, provided that the company has no reason to claim the deposit to cover any compensation demands, such as unpaid rent or cleaning fees. No interest is paid on the deposit.
The applicant’s credit history will be checked as part of the rental application process.
